四海传福｜从闽宁协作到南南合作——幸福“拼”出来
宁夏银川市富贵兰（宁夏）实业有限公司：2019年，闽商创建富贵兰（宁夏）实业有限公司，招收500多名当地村民进行培训，让他们实现了在家门口稳定就业。经过5年发展，企业生产的各类服装产品有80%出口海外，很多女工从开始每月挣1800元工资，到现在每个月可以挣3500多元。目前，福建在宁夏的闽籍企业（商户）近7000家、安置当地劳动力就业10万多人，5万多名宁夏人在福建创业就业、年均创收超过10亿元，实现了闽宁协作从单向的扶贫解困发展到经济合作、产业对接、商贸往来相融合的互利共赢新阶段。发展中国家青年就业创业技能提升项目：福建省科技文化创新协会于2023年8月组织实施“发展中国家青年就业创业技能提升项目”。项目实施期间，通过与巴基斯坦、尼日利亚的有关高校和机构进行沟通，联合闽江师范高等专科学校共同开展青年就业创业需求问卷调查，并以跨境电商为主题制定培训课程，开展就业创业指导。截止目前共开展课程9次，培训青年学生共173人，其中男性学员101名，女性学员72名，女性占培训人数比例42%。
福是人类共同的追求，从宁夏到巴基斯坦，从闽宁协作到南南合作，从中国方案到世界回响，这条寻“福”之路上，共同培养本土高素质人才至关重要。

Fujian entrepreneurs established manufacturer Fuguilan (Ningxia) Industrial Co Ltd, training over 500 local villagers and providing stable employment opportunities close to home. Over the past five years, 80% of the company’s clothing products have been exported overseas. About 7,000 Fujian enterprises operate in Ningxia, creating over 100,000 jobs in the region. At the same time, more than 50,000 Ningxia residents have started businesses or found employment in Fujian, generating over 1 billion yuan ($140.65 million) annually. This marks a new stage in the Fujian-Ningxia partnership, transitioning from poverty alleviation to a mutually beneficial phase of economic Cooperation, industry alignment and trade exchanges.
福建省科技文化创新协会启动“发展中国家青年就业创业技能提升项目”，与巴基斯坦、尼日利亚高校和机构合作，开展跨境电商培训，开展就业创业指导，截至目前共开展了9次课程。从宁夏到巴基斯坦，从闽宁协作到南南合作，携手培育具有国际视野的本土高素质人才显得尤为关键。
The Fujian Science Technology and Culture Innovation Association launched the "Developing Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Skills in Developing Countries" project. In Cooperation with universities and institutions in Pakistan and Nigeria, they have provided cross-border e-commerce training and employment and entrepreneurship guidance. To date, nine courses have been conducted. From Ningxia to Pakistan, from Fujian-Ningxia partnership to the South-South cooperation, it is seen as being crucial to jointly cultivate high-quality local talent with an international perspective.
