四海传福｜从闽宁协作到南南合作——碧水润万家
闽宁水务协作：宁夏虽然地处黄河河畔，但生产生活多采用地下水，长期没有稳定足量的水源。2009年，福州城建设计研究院有限公司与宁夏水投集团首度携手，建设宁东能源化工基地生态绿化分质供水工程。至今福州城建院已派出百余人次到宁夏驻扎，除宁东供水工程外，宁夏中南部城乡饮水安全工程、固原市清水河流域城乡供水工程、银川都市圈东线供水、中卫河北地区城乡供水工程等工程建设实施中，都有福建水务人的身影。东非荒漠上的“生命水塘”：福建企业中国武夷在建设坦桑尼亚科曼加—卡辛迪公路和肯尼亚新A2公路等项目过程中，为解决生产、生活和沿线居民、家畜用水难题，克服干旱、高温、沙尘暴等恶劣自然条件，提出和完善了“广挖水塘广蓄水”的公益性可持续发展方案，因地制宜，在项目沿线共建成大中型水塘276座，可蓄水总量约370万立方米。水塘有效缓解了经常性争夺水源所引起的部族冲突，改善了沿线的生态环境，提高了当地居民的幸福指数。该案例入选全球最佳减贫案例。
福是人类共同的追求，从宁夏到坦桑尼亚，从闽宁协作到南南合作，从中国方案到世界回响，这条寻“福”之路上，碧水潺潺，润泽万家。

宁夏长期缺水，2009年福州城建设计院与宁夏水投集团合作，建设宁东能源化工基地供水工程，改善当地供水。此外，福建团队参与多个宁夏供水项目，提升供水安全。
Ningxia has long faced water shortages. In 2009, the Fuzhou Urban Construction Design & Research Institute partnered with the Ningxia Water Investment Group to build the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base’s Water Supply Project, improving the local water supply.
Additionally, teams from Fujian participated in several other water supply projects in Ningxia, enhancing water security in the region.
福建企业中国武夷在东非建设坦桑尼亚科曼加—卡辛迪公路和肯尼亚新A2公路等项目过程中，面对干旱挑战，实施“广挖水塘广蓄水”方案，共建276座水塘，缓解水源争夺，改善生态，提升居民福祉，项目入选全球减贫案例。从宁夏到坦桑尼亚，从闽宁协作到南南合作，中国方案在全球范围内产生了积极的影响，为无数家庭带去了源源不息的清泉。
In East Africa, Fujian-based engineering and construction group China Wuyi Co Ltd, while constructing projects like the Komanga-Kasindi Highway in Tanzania and the New A2 Highway in Kenya, implemented a sustainable solution to excavate and store water in large ponds to combat drought. A total of 276 ponds were built, alleviating competition for water, improving the local ecosystem and enhancing the well-being of residents. The project was recognized as a global poverty reduction model case. From Ningxia to Tanzania, from the Fujian-Ningxia partnership to South-South cooperation, China’s initiatives are widely said to have had a positive impact worldwide, bringing a continuous flow of fresh water to countless families.
